I have witnessed this club go from doubters to believers, and from believers to champions. It took hard work and I always did everything I could to help the club get there. Nothing makes me prouder than that.
Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.
Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.
Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.
As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
Let me say something that I have observed over the years.
Peter Obi is the only prominent politician (I am aware of), that has never been arrested & prosecuted for any fraudulent or corruption charges.
Going by what we have seen many politicians do in recent times, should Peter Obi not have done same if he was guilty?
No matter how wealthy you are as a politician, you would not want to go to prison or be charged with false claims.
It's clear that Peter Obi is miles ahead when it comes to integrity and accountability.
I cannot say same for others.
Peter Obi is not a saint (you may say), but we have seen other "lesser devils" being made to bow and cross carpet to avoid prosecution.
Peter has remained untouchable.
If you have a good conscience, you'd know that Peter Obi is truly different.
End.
The Amount of Money Laundering that Goes on in this Country in Broad Daylight Is Incredible. It’s literally happening in front of your Very Eyes In various ways both Major and Minor. 😂🤭
I was shocked to my bone to see they cut yam to pieces to sell 500 because some people can't afford to buy a tuber of yam anymore.
This is where we are now😭😭😭
Yesterday, after visiting Kaduna and Katsina, I travelled to Kano to join my dear elder brother, Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, and the Kwankwasiyya movement to celebrate their annual Sallah festivities.
I am truly grateful for the warm reception and the spirit of brotherhood that characterized our gathering. At this crucial time in our nation's history, we must continue to unite across all divides—political, ethnic, and religious—to restore hope and rebuild trust in our country.
Kano remains a vital pillar in Nigeria’s socio-economic and political landscape. Its rich history of commerce, industry, and human capital serves as a reminder of what is achievable when leadership is guided by vision, competence, and compassion.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
Every time we get there’s an attack @HQNigerianArmy won’t be on site no matter how long the attack lasts, but once the victims decides to arm themselves for self defense, they begin to arrest them and parade them as terrorists.
Every damn time, every fu*king damn time
Easter is one of the principal holidays, or feasts, of Christianity. It marks the Resurrection of Jesus three days after his death by crucifixion. For many Christian churches, Easter is the joyful end to the Lenten season of fasting and penitence.
I may not be a Liverpool fan but Gosh! This is some Balls in a generation where we deny the literal existence of Christianity! May just change from being a United fan to a Liverpool fan.
What you saying Kop?
GEJ never insulted Soyinka once.
Yet Soyinka called his wife a Hippopotamus and dragged him for years.
Tinubu names a National Theatre after Soyinka and suddenly the Nobel laureate loses his voice.
