I would like to raise specific complaint on Nakul and Sohaib agents who were just wasting my time without any resolution. If they can’t do it they should have ended the conversation.

I am frustrated with the post sale services especially with call and chat agents. First wrong product was delivered, I placed a return ticket.
Return did not happened & it was closed as delivered to customer when nobody was there at home that day

When connected via call with agent (Sonam), she raised a return ticket but informed me that complaint or grievance number can not provide as it is an internal matter. She can only escalated the matter to seniors.
The reason I need a number so that I can check the action taken.

When I raise ticket for another pick up it was also auto closed without any delivery attempt made. Then I had a chat with agent who created a return and return was closed within 30 mins (as informed by call agent). I wanted to complain about agents and wanted a complain number.

The configuration is done. It took only 10 mins as the connection was already there.

I wasted more time in hours to follow up and calls. When I asked technician what was the issue person mentioned that it was there in the queue.

@JioCare I don’t get any feeling that you are here to assist but definitely sure that you are here to annoy. After complaining for 3 days you are giving me a schedule date which after 3 days.
Is this best you can do at city like Mumbai ?

What worries me is if at all anyone is looking into this.
I am already struggling with video calls.
Rather I should switch to other service provider.
It was big mistake that I paid in advance.

Even if I select one image of 3 MB it shows error.

May I know why my return is rejected as not matching product when no return attempt is made. And what’s the use of chat or call option when I can not selected “delivery attempt not made”. Over that chat option is marked as resolved.
