The final NOC by @NHAI_Official is not yet granted by PD NHAI Gwalior but the outlet is illegally made operational by @IndianOilcl . Further now public safety is at Risk. Since service lane is not there , the exit of outlet of BPCL is adjacent to entry of this outlet which may lead to any accident for which District Administration Agra and office of PD NHAI Gwalior under @NHAI_Official shall be solely responsible. The outlet is operational right under the nose of PD NHAI Gwalior but their officers have chosen not to take action for the reasons best known to them. @DirMktg_iocl @IndianOilcl I am informed by @DealersBanda Petroleum Association Baanda District In Uttarpradesh that the HSD supplies to 90% RO’s have not been provided yesterday even after they have made advance payment. The concerned DO has no idea of the ground reality and consumers are made to run from pillar to post for obtaining diesel. I am also informed that DSO Baanda has also intervened for providing supplies to IOCL outlets but no steps have been taken yet for resolution of the matter. Pls take note and resolve the matter so that no further panic is created in Baanda District.

Official requisitions from Block Offices in Malda for WBLA 2026 seek substantial fuel supplies—with an implicit expectation of credit—while dealerships themselves operate on strict advance payment terms from OMCs.

While we fully appreciate the importance of smooth election conduct, it is equally understood that conducting elections, including logistical expenses, is the responsibility of the Election machinery.

Request clarity:
Are such credit-based requisitions officially mandated?
If not, who safeguards dealers from operational and financial exposure?

Transparent coordination will help avoid unnecessary strain on the last-mile supply chain.

@PiyushGoyal @PiyushGoyalOffc @JitinPrasada An officer of BPCL files a false affidavit claiming that no suit /proceeding is pending before any court of law with respect to the land upon which Hind Service Station an outlet of BPCL is illegally operational and an officer of @pesoagra under @PesoNagpur accepts that affidavit and renews the explosives license. The affidavit turns out to be false and all the relevant documents are supplied to @pesoagra but neither the explosives license is suspended nor any show cause notice is issued to BPCL for submitting false affidavit and getting the explosives license renewed illegally.
The land belongs to an Ex-Army officer of Indian Army & lease of the said land expired way back in 1981 , since then BPCL has been filing false affidavits and obtaining a renewal of license illegally.
The Rule of Law needs to be followed and PESO is under a statutory obligation to immediately suspend the explosives license once the affidavit filed by BPCL turns out to be a false affidavit. It is trite that " a Litigious possession is not a legal possession after expiry of lease" as held by Hon'ble Apex Court in C. Albert Morris V/s K chandrasekaran.
Further when all the documents are now available with @pesoagra what is stopping them to act now? The documents are shared here for perusal of all as to how one department is facilitating other department under Hon'ble PM @narendramodi to illegally occupy the land of a Ex-Army officer, who is fighting for last 2-3 decades to get back his land.

The pictures attached below prove that the license has been illegally renewed based upon false affidavit.

Hope you will intervene and help get an Ex-Army officer get justice!.
