पार्टी ने मुझे #परिहार से दूर भेजना चाहा, और मैंने बगावत का रास्ता चुना। गलती दोनों तरफ से हुई। परंतु जिस व्यक्ति के कारण यह पूरा विवाद उत्पन्न हुआ, उसने भी एक गंभीर भूल की है।

RJD उम्मीदवार ने अपने नाम���ंकन पत्र के साथ संलग्न चारों एफिडेविट म��ं अपनी उम्र 49 वर्ष अंकित की है, जबकि मतदाता सूची के अनुसार उनकी वास्तविक आयु 43 वर्ष है। यह स्पष्ट रूप से झूठा एफिडेविट है, जिसके कारण उनका नामांकन निरस्त हो जाना चाहिए था। ऐसे प्रत्याशी अगर जीत भी गए, तो कोर्ट में केस चलेगा, और कुछ दिनों के बाद उनको सीट गंवानी पड़ेगी।

परिहार के विकास के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि यहां के वर्तमान विधायक की हार सुनिश्चित की जाए। यहां वर्तमान विधायक और रितु जायसवाल के ब��च सीधी टक्कर है और RJD उम्मीदवार की जीत की संभावना नगण्य है। उनकी मौजूदगी केवल वोटों के बिखराव का कारण बनेगी, जिससे वही लोग फिर से जीत जाएंगे जिन्होंने परिहार को पिछले 15 वर्षों से अंधेरे में रखा है।

आज नाम वापसी का अंत���म दिन है। यदि RJD उम्मीदवार अपना नाम वापस ले लें, और मुझे महागठबंधन समर्थित निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार घोषित किया जाए, तो यह राजनैतिक रूप से समझदारी भरा निर्णय और परिहार की जनता के प्रति आपकी संवेदनशीलता का प्रमाण होगा।

निर्णय आपको करना है। परिहार आपको आशा भरी नज़रों से देख रहा है।
