Resolution time 17th but no visit but complaint closed not picking phone but customer not received any call.
18th reopen no call received till now after I called to service engineer but very casual approach showed by Engineer.... Pathetic

@airtelindia Set box issue.... Complaint on 12th Sep & they provide solution time on 13th Sep till 10 AM but without information reschedule & Ask provide OTP.
I denied to share OTP they threat not come on time. Got msg about 15th
3 time called to a dedicated Emp but no solution
