AI agents are starting to look a lot more like economic actors.
They can browse.
They can hold wallets.
They can spend autonomously.
What most of them still lack is a way to verify what they’re interacting with before they act.
That gap is what led me to @cybercentry, a security service built on Base and distributed through x402 Bazaar.
Cybercentry has shipped a suite of x402-compatible security endpoints, deployed on Base, that agents (or developers) can call programmatically, pay-per-call at $0.02 each, with no subscriptions, no API keys, and no onboarding friction.
What’s live right now includes:
• Wallet Verification: checks wallets for sanctions exposure, fraud signals, and other red flags
• Ethereum Token Verification: risk analysis for EVM contract addresses on Ethereum-compatible chains
• Solana Token Verification: similar verification for Solana contracts
• Solidity Code Verification: automated analysis for common smart-contract issues (not a full audit)
• Web Application / URL Verification: scans URLs for security issues before an agent connects
• Private Data Verification (ZKP-based): verifies sensitive data without exposing the data itself
• AI-powered Cyber Security Consultant: an endpoint agents can query for security-focused guidance
Practical example:
before an agent interacts with a new token, contract, wallet, or external URL, it can spend $0.02 to run a verification instead of acting blindly.
That check can happen automatically, inside the agent’s normal workflow.
Because this runs on Base via x402, agents can discover, pay for, and consume security checks natively as part of agent commerce, no separate accounts or integrations.
That distribution model makes verification something agents can do often, not just occasionally.
This isn’t about fear or worst-case scenarios.
It’s about better defaults for agentic systems being built on Base.
Not “move fast and break things,”
but “move fast with verification.”

Feels like the kind of infrastructure we’ll expect by default as agent autonomy on Base continues to increase.
