@supremerouleur @twotunnelsbath I was cycling through here and hit one of the submerged stumps with enough force to crack my carbon frame and fly over the handlebars - not a nice start to my working day and now have a £1600 frame and forks to replace..! These stumps were a questionable and dangerous decision.
