This is a link to an online professional development course through AMSTI. I've taken some in-person PD from them, and they have taught me different ways to approach math instruction.
@EdWeekTeacher @Ray_118163122 This is an interesting article. What is especially worrisome is that scores dropped for EVERYONE (regardless of race, gender, or income). I wonder how much of an impact COVID isolation had.

AMSTI is an organization whose purpose is to improve STEM teaching in Alabama. I had the chance to attend a PD by AMSTI. The proficiency scales they discussed do a good job of gauging student's progress towards meeting state standards.
