@SteveSaretsky Stats are wrong. Many foreigners buy thru residents. I see records everyday. You must too. Many residents are actually foreigners. Also what’s wrong with saying a house shouldn’t be empty. Even if you’re a resident. If you have an empty house, rent it or sell. People need them.
