On each previous occassion it has been taken up with Customer Service.
It still repeatedly recurs !!
By all means be lenient with your staff but NOT at the cost of customers' time n money.

@amazonCOMPLAIN , @amazonIN For past 5-6 months serious problem with Amazon Delivery agents in Chennai , particularly pincode 600032 area. Item out for delivery, message says “customer refused to take delivery” or “customer not at home”. It’s AMAZON reputation…@jaagograhakjago

Neither order delivered nor money refunded by CS, but Status shows DELIVERED.
Dodgy CS wastes 45 min in verifications/email approvals n transfers calls to 3 different teams. Still no resolution. @nch1915 Pathetic @AmitAgarwal.

@AmazonHelp Fresh Prepaid Order #404-4562893-4717904 was to be delivered today 12Sep25 between 7-10pm. Delivery person didn't come but marked order as "Order not delivered: Your order was refused upon delivery." Delivery agents are fooling Amazon and customer. CS unhelpful.
