@AmazonHelp Fresh Prepaid Order #404-4562893-4717904 was to be delivered today 12Sep25 between 7-10pm. Delivery person didn't come but marked order as "Order not delivered: Your order was refused upon delivery." Delivery agents are fooling Amazon and customer. CS unhelpful.
@AmazonHelp I am not going to waste my time in DMing after 4 weeks with your CS. You have all the details. You can either issue refund in my Amazon Pay Balance or refund into my debit card used for transaction or ceate a new order for the item. Thanks
@AmazonHelp Order# 405-1173142-7693940 on 30June 25. Product missing in package. Want refund to go into pay balance but CS asking to supply my foreign account details for issuing refund. CS cannot create a new order instead of refund. Very poor service after almost 4 weeks.

@AmazonHelp Order 405-1173142-7693940 of 30 Jun 25 delivered but item missing in package. When complained CR said to call back in 3 days time as order was COD. Pls callback customer as earlier as possible on your own instead of making customer chase @amazonIN for resolution.
