How to outperform the Market:
1) Identify leading groups
2) Find the strongest names within them
3) Wait for pullbacks/tightness into support
4) Execute when momentum confirms
Names on my radar this week:
$AMAT, $SNDK, $NBIS, $MU, $UUUU, $PL, $DELL, $GLW, $CRWV, $CAT, $DOCN, $BE, $INTC, $CRDO, $ONDS, $RKLB, $AAIO, $TSEM, $CIEN, $AMD, $AMPX, $WDC, $AEHR, $MRVL, $GEV, $USAR, $MP, $VRT, $COHR, $HUT, $NVT, $ANET, $AFRM, etc...
"How do you get into these leading names?"
Wait for price to get tight against a big pivot, watch for the 30min pivot intraday, then execute as it takes out highs.
Stop goes at LOD.
Keep it simple & repeatable!
Bad news for a lot of brands who want to sell on TikTok shop
They just released the "TikTok Shop Prohibited Products Policy" and it has a long list of items that you CANT sell on TikTok shop
This list is super long but here are a few interesting ones: (4th one is INSANE)👇
Amazon Brand Tailored promotions give you some interesting data. Below are how many ppl on Amazon added my items to their cart in the last 90 days but didn't purchase. About 79,000 customers on these 3 brands - I can offer them a 10%+ discount and Amazon will add a badge...
Anxiety. I realized a great deal of my anxiety came from demanding that life be:
1. Meaningful
2. Joyful
Once I realized I was making demands of a universe that doesn’t care, I felt a lot of my anxiety melt away.
Restated:
1. “Why does life need to be meaningful?”
2. “Why MUST it be joyful?”
Answer: It doesn’t. It’s only a preference. But becoming aware of my demands made me more okay with the times they went unmet, just like a sunny and rainy day. I prefer sun, but I do not demand it.
Said differently. I decided it was “okay” for me to accept my present rather than comparing it to a arbitrary ideal that I constantly fell short of.
When I started doing this more regularly, my world got a lot quieter.
Use if useful.
How to build a 10/10 Amazon listing
We created listings for 200+ 7-10 figure brands over the last 2 years.
Here's how to build a high-performance listing for scale :
Amazon Growth tip for higher CTR - event-based title images
When you sell giftable products:
Show directly on the title image that you can gift your product
- Add a loop to the title image
- Play with event-related visuals (easter eggs, etc.)
You think we can “unplug” a superintelligent AI?
A single computer virus from 2004, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘣𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦, has done $50B of damage. It continues to this day emailing out 1 billion copies of itself per year from still-infected machines.
Most people lose because they play infinite games with a finite perspective.
In a finite game, there is a clearly defined end point. There are winners and losers.
In an infinite game, all parties work to keep playing. There are no winners or losers, only those that quit due to a lack of will or resources.
People treat their health like it’s a finite game. They try to “win” at health. “Get the body” “get the bikini” but the point isn’t to get it, but to keep it.
Not to get in shape but to stay in shape.
People treat marriage like they’re going to “win” at marriage. But you don’t win at marriage. The point is to stay married. To keep the game going.
And people misapply the same construct to business. They want to “win” at business. But there is no winning. There is no end. The point, like marriage and health, is to stay in business. To keep the game going.
That’s the most relevant frame shift I’ve experienced when it comes to applying game theory to everyday life.
There are no winners and losers in the big games of life:
…only players and quitters.
Complaining about not being good at a business model after 3 months makes zero sense.
You wouldn't complain that you were losing to people who had been playing a sport for 5 years if you had just started.
Business is no different

Last night my 12 year old was struggling with Algebra, so I immediately posted a job for a tutor on Upwork.
Literally 10 minutes later we were Zooming with a PhD professor in Pakistan for $4/hour.
She whipped him into shape & will help him 5 hours/week now.
Impatience can be a superpower. These tools have been available to anyone for over a decade, but why don't more take advantage?
Going into a negotiation with no other option besides taking the deal is like going all-in in a poker hand with 2-7 off suit. Tough.
Much easier to stack the deck and play with the nuts.
In real life, you CAN stack the deck.
Get better options before cards are dealt.
My last 5 manually sourced stores:
Hasbro Pulse
Yves Saint Laurent
Office Depot
Tractor Supply
GameStop
Sales & Clearance promotions brought me to each one. One of my lead lists pointed me to one, VA found one, and 3 from manual sourcing.
