On 19 and 20 August 2026, @TIKenya convened a CSOs Assessment Workshop on Digital Tools Wajir County to assess the adoption and utilization of the Uwajibikaji Pamoja Platform and the Action for Transparency (A4T) Mobile App.

The engagement provided a platform for CSOs to share their experiences, review platform analytics, identify challenges affecting uptake and reporting, and develop recommendations to strengthen use of the tools.
Participants also reviewed progress on previous advocacy interventions and developed new county-level intervention plans addressing emerging governance and corruption concerns.

The workshop further strengthened collaboration among CSOs, the media, and the Wajir County Government, reaffirming a shared commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, citizen participation, and effective use of digital tools in addressing governance concerns.

This roundtable aided in strengthening the capacity of stakeholders to interrogate audit findings, track implementation, and promote evidence-based decision-making, while also amplifying citizen-led oversight through CSOs and the media.

This engagement resulted in development of practical action points and collaborative strategies aimed at strengthening PFM systems and improving service delivery in Wajir County.
