Had there been no floods, i would not buy a new vehicle and so there was no dues to RTO or VMC. All I am asking is to give pro-rata relief for purchase of new vehicle. I filed for foreclosure long back and am still struggling to get account info and NOC. This is unfair. I am forced to foreclose due to loss of vehicle to flooding.
