11 years ago, India was labelled the “Fragile Five.”

Today, we're the 4th largest economy in the world with unprecedented 8.2% GDP growth, low inflation, and unemployment at a multi-year low.

This did not happen by chance.

In 2014, Indians voted for change. That mandate translated into bold reforms, clear intent, and sustained political will under PM @NarendraModi ji’s leadership.

This is what happens when performance replaces politics.

To young Malayalees and young Indians, I say this often and I repeat it as we step into 2026 👇

17 years since 26/11 #MumbaiTerrorAttacks in which 166 innocent lives were lost.

Campaigning today from Kozhikode, the birthplace of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, I salute one of the greatest heroes of 26/11.

His service and his supreme sacrifice continue to inspire every Malayalee and every Indian even today.

It was a true honour that the first beneficiary of my @FlagsofHonour Foundation was Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan’s family, who used the support to set up a trust in his name.

The integrity of Electoral rolls is the cornerstone of our Democracy, Elections, and National Security.

During the 10 years of Congress and because of continued efforts by some INDI alliance state governments, many illegal voters have crept into voter rolls and/or been deliberately inserted into voter rolls.

Under the Congress, Aadhaar enrollment was deliberately lax, and this allowed several lakh non-residents to first get Aadhaar identity and then use that to enter the electoral rolls.

The Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) is the corrective process to address these errors and ensure accurate rolls. The need for SIR to remove non-Indians from the voters' list is not confined to our border states alone; it is essential across the country.

The SIR is vital for our democracy because clean, authentic electoral rolls are vital to ensure our Democracy represents the will of Indians and not representative of non-Indians.

With discussions around SIR gaining momentum, I am sharing an article outlining the circumstances that led to this exercise.
