day 30, after waiting 30 mins on the phone, @AmazonFrance now asks me to fill out an incident report sent by email and there is no visibility on when I will be reimbursed. After saying how this is confusing, the personnel speaks louder, no longer talks and simply drops off 💁🏾🙁😤

@AmazonHelp Amazon is the seller, the product was bought on @AmazonFrance platform and returned to @Amazon who is committed to reimburse their customer if they return an item. I did my part, so Amazon have to do their part and perform the reimbursement. Can you meet your commitments ?

@AmazonHelp The item returned via a third party and on the phone Amazon personnel confirmed that they already received it. But for obscur reasons I am not still not getting my money back. this is a shame, I was considering to buy another product but can’t due to poor Amazon customer service

Really disappointing from a @amazon who claim that #customer #obsession, #ownership, #bias-for-action are core values for their personnel. day 1, they set the expectation to reimburse within 4 weeks (when it only took 60 seconds to sell a product online, and 2 days to ship).
