Whenever I see somebody say they love Jesus,

I get nervous.

Because that means they may not love me.

I'm not saying that's always true.

Some people do love Jesus and people.

But there's something wrong that so many are nervous around Christians.

I’m not necessarily saying that’s an indictment on the priorities of American churches but I’m curious if when you think of your church and you only draw imagery of power and might if that may tell you what you actually worship.

It’s interesting to me that so many churches love to draw imagery from the lion but so few seem willing to align with lamb imagery. You don’t see many giant murals of lambs painted on church buildings. Just interesting. 🤔
