@realCarrickRyan @BAWilliams85 Where would one expect to see evidence that they have relinquished beliefs? I’m a firm believer in everyone deserving a 2nd chance, there are a number of reformed terrorists that genuinely can make a difference in Deradicalizing others. If we can do so safely, shouldn’t we try?
