@Erikals7 Grantwriter here☺️. I wish foundations were more willing to provide multi-year grants that funded admin/overhead/salaries. Over-emphasis on “project funding” forces nonprofits to find ways to hide admin expenses in project budgets.

@laurenthehough For 12 years we thought our Pumpkin was some kind of Sheltie/spaniel mix - that’s what the Humane Society guessed and it made sense - look at her!! Nope. Not a speck of collie or spaniel. Mostly Pit Bull, Boxer, and “Super Mutt”!

@CathJSweeney My daughter (born 2004) sends video messages back and forth with friends on Snapchat. Deep Convos in 20 second video snippets. That is her primary form of phone comm. Rarely types text messages, only calls someone as last resort. Sometimes Facetimes with her cousins out of state

@EffieRorke I don’t unless we already have a signed agreement. And I also shave time off of my “acclimating hours”, which is just informal research I do to better understand the environment my new client is working in - looking at peers, issues that impact their work, population profiles,etc
