Derrick Smith of Local 50M testified at the International Trade Commission on unfairly traded wine bottles. Smith’s employer, Ardagh, idled its Seattle factory due to unfair trade and sought ITC relief. A successful petition could pave the way for Ardagh to restart the plant.
