❗️ Flock wanted to turn 350,000 Uber, Lyft and delivery drivers into mobile license plate readers, feeding its mass surveillance network.

A presentation Flock wrote for Georgia's Attorney General in August 2025, obtained via public records request, touts a Nexar dashcam partnership covering "350k Uber/Lyft and other delivery service devices."

Flock says the deal was never executed. Whether drivers or the apps would have known is unclear.
