I finally received my luggage bag after a week is over! I don’t think such experience I can get it from any other airline but @airindia. I have my home in India so I can still survive but I can’t even imagine what will happen to someone who is visit India!

@airindia Are you saying I lost my personal belongings? I have received a call from Lucknow airport to pick up the bag 2 days back. You are just keeping the bag and doing nothing! Just responding doesn’t make sense unless I get the bag.
