I got #hacked today. Someone managed to log into my @AmazonUK account from India and change the password and email address within 3 minutes. My own negligence means they have my entire address history, payment details for every card and other personal information. @AmazonHelp
In the day and age of increase fraud, I appreciate there is a level of responsibility on us as users to be vigilant but when something like this happens - the response has been abysmal. #bebetter#fraudprevention
The potential for identity #fraud is huge. Thankfully I’ve lodged it with @actionfrauduk and they’ve been very helpful with providing guidance of next steps. But I cannot believe the lack of action from @AmazonUK . They could not care less.

@SumUp Surely this is #fraud and SumUp need to have a serious look at how they allow this to happen. The second card arrived today and there has been no communication about closing the first account.
My husband received two bank cards from @SumUp - he did not signed up. They confirmed someone had opened an account in his name but couldn't confirm how. Someone has since transferred £3k into said account. Seems it's happened before but are unhelpful https://t.co/tW5vzbyvH8
@EuroDNS Disappointing that I can't get hold of anyone following the passing of my uncle (in April) to sort domains that he owned. Given it's been a difficult time anyway, I'd appreciate some form of response as domains are expiring and it's been 7 months...
Proud moment joining @through_t_noise tonight to kick off their next season and particularly listening to everything @jaccrozier has achieved. If you don’t know about #throughthenoise and their crowdfunded concerts in whacky venues then get on it. #ClassicalMusic#livemusic
