Wonder if the REAL issue of the @Finra U3 halt settlement concerns is that Broker Dealers sold securities that were never registered? So the reality of a reconciliation closing would truly be unlimited loss. Not my problem. Any overage requires a market based resolution. @SECGov #FUPayMe
