CJI Surya Kant Ji not only destroyed Rahul Ghandy's attempt to Politicize Judiciary, he did it in style.

Reportedly, reasons given by CJI for rejecting meeting exposes Anarchist Agenda of RaGa.

1. Issues sought to be raised are already sub judice before Supreme Court.

2. Under Constitutional scheme, the Supreme Court cannot interfere with government functioning on its administrative side.

3. The leaders are free to approach the Court on its judicial side for protection of fundamental rights.

4. Similar matters are listed for hearing on Tuesday. Any petition filed by the leaders can also be heard along with those matters.

Sources clarify that the CJI has not expressed any view on the proposed march to the Supreme Court on Monday, since no such permission was sought in the letter addressed to him. That means if CHINDIs hold any such protest march.... it can be considered as "Illegal" & Delhi Police is free to have it's "Baby's Day Out" again today.

1. The Supreme Court has reinforced ECI’s consistent position that Form 6 has neither been replaced nor altered.

2. Since existing entries of Form 6 remain untouched, the question of seeking approval for any amendment does not arise.

3. The Declaration prescribed during SIR is a separate eligibility verification requirement, not a modification of Form 6.

4. The decision to introduce this Declaration was taken unanimously by the Chief Election Commissioner and both Election Commissioners.

5. The ECI maintains that prescribing additional information for eligibility verification falls within its residual powers.

6. This interpretation is supported by the Supreme Court’s order dated 27 May 2026 in the Bihar SIR matter, which recognised the Commission’s authority to prescribe documentation for verifying voter eligibility.

Efforts were made by Rahul Ghandy's Ecosystem & 🪳s by twisting words to create Anarchy and make Bharatiyas lose faith in Constitutional Institutions. But ultimately.... TRUTH PREVAILS.
