Nice job, @Lowes! I ordered product and paid $39 for same day delivery. It is close of business and no one has picked up. When I called the store in Windham, Maine and spoke to a woman representative, she absolutely refused to give me her name and said “it’s not her problem, it’s the third party delivery”. I did not pay a third party delivery, I entered into a financial contract for delivery with Lowe’s and Lowe’s only. I paid for a service from Lowe’s that was not completed. I did this because I need my product. I did not do this to be treated so poorly by your in store representative.

@HomeDepot Horrific customer service and delivery. I ordered a crucial component for a project I am working on and paid to have it delivered yesterday. At 8pm your third party delivery person simply decided not to show up. I called and was promised delivery this am by 10am. No show. Called Mansfield store and was speaking with a supervisor who sent me directly to survey. Now stuck without item paying employee for hours of doing nothing.

Ordered 800 lbs of ice melt for our commercial building directly from @Lowes. Had it delivered due to torn MCL & meniscus. First thing in am and an angry 65 year old woman is pounding on my door that she cannot lift The 50lb bags. Lowes took my $39 delivery fee, gave this poor Door dasher $7 to deliver 800 lbs of ice melt. Shameful. I am now headed to urgent care because I further injured my knee unloading it. I hope the extra $32 was worth an elderly woman in tears and me in agony.
