@Truemedsindia Order #51693126 booked on 18.07.2026 with delivery promised by 10 PM on 19.07.2026. It was never delivered. Customer support and delivery partner were of no help. Had to cancel the order. Extremely poor service, especially for medicines.

Visited Samsung Service Centre – Mitra Traders, Lalkothi, Barrackpore. Terrible experience. They returned my product without any service, despite it being under warranty. Gave a silly excuse and zero support. @SamsungIndia – is this how you treat your customers?
