@thedadgenes @msiadak I go through phases of obsessively playing all the things and not touching it for a few months at a time. All a part of that annoying 'adulthood' nonsense where time stops existing outside work and sleep. I love that game.

@VyCatto This is how I tend to write, too. I'm one of those in medias res sorts, but having an outline of scenes means jumping all over the place as whims and muses take me. I think this is what makes plotting/outlining magical.

Because work is a little quiet today, I'm poking at Mastodon. I'm a tad baffled by how it works, but it looks interesting. I'll just have to learn a few things and orient myself. The multiple servers thing is a bit like game servers where you're not sure where to find friends.
