@Dukevfr @huwthomas Agreed, this article seemed like a pathetic attempt to drum up sympathy for the ultra-rich while the rest of us struggle. I had to check Companies House myself and was astounded. They can keep the pity party.

@currys I have now, £329 is a significant amount of money to have stolen.

[Meals @ameliakinsy]

@currys I have been doubled charged £329 on a gift card and have had no help in getting this returned, I have rung customer services 11 times only to be told it is being escalated or I will receive a call from a manager. No response from a manager, no refund of the double charge.

@alexandra_DBmed All those commenting, my university deliberately ignored my reasonable adjustments forcing me to leave medical school in my fourth year, ableism is rife in Medicine

@bookingcom @bookingcom STILL no response, absolutely dire service.

[Meals @ameliakinsy]

@bookingcom Hi, I am trying to contact about a reimbursement. I have been refunded a lesser amount than due, after I was told all extra charges would be included however this is not the case. Tried the online chat and now receive NO response. Absolutely terrible customer service.

[Meals @ameliakinsy]

@bookingcom Are you going to respond? I’m being ignored on DM and on your customer service chat. Refusing to acknowledge that you’ve not reimbursed me correctly.
