cant get over the genius of repeating the ‘being a prince is a privilege not a punishment’ line and showing how false that is by having the hero & the villain of the story go in opposite directions, ending with august punished as prince and wille knowing the privilege of freedom
ngl if i was a cast member of young royals and the ending would be a graduation and “we’re all leaving and going new ways” i would NOT be able to film anything i’d be sobbing the whole way through it bc the era of filming is over for them as well and it’s just so nostalgic 😭😭
simon eriksson single-handedly delivered the most iconic lines in s3. "so you can only resist when it costs you nothing?" LOUDER "i never gave up on us, i gave up on the royal court" I CRIED "ive seen the way it (the monarchy) makes you feel" YES BABY SPEAK YOUR TRUTH
i am SO happy saraugust weren't endgame but when sara said "it'll pass" if i were august id have killed myself on the spot because of how it reminded me of this
does anyone else get insanely romantically frustrated, like i know sexual frustration is a thing but sometimes i get super intense cravings for soft kisses or make out sessions or cuddling naps or things like that and it's way more frustrating to me than sexual cravings
its so so so important that wille chose HIMSELF and not simon or the crown, that he realised it would be the best for HIMSELF and that he communicated it calmly for once WELL DONE BBY YOURE GROWING UP!!
