Travelled alone with my kids, aged 5,4 & 1 to catch my @lufthansa flight LHR-FRA-DRS. Flights cancelled last minute. stranded in London, then Frankfurt.4am wake up. 36 hrs to get home. You try that next time @Lufthansa_DE & see how you get on.

Too many broken promises from @lufthansa. Staff at @londonheathrow were completely hostile & lacking compassion. 3 little exhausted kids, queues for hours, screaming, crying. Where is your help 4 people with young children??
