@Olacabs Dear Ola Cabs,
- First Ola cab driver asked for more money 2mins sitting in the cab.
- Then driver cancelled the ride when we refused to pay.
- My family had to get off middle of the road.
- Then Ola charged me cancellation fees.

It’s not just about reversing the unfair cancellation fee:
- what action done against the driver to ensure this dosent happen to any other family/person
- how come customer has to fight this unfair cancellation fee, which is levied even though the driver cancels
