Bad experience @IndiGo6E. 4 checked bags incl 3 cartons. Counter staff refused-saying only 2 bags were allowed. No mention of this condition on my ticket. was forced to spend Rs 1200 for shrink-wrapping. Later, another counter, was told there was no such restriction for my flight
