@AaronWinder702@raecanady@HallieBezner Fwiw—and maybe it’s regional—but I very much think handling cases filed in court is litigation. They may or may not result in a trial, but you can be litigating the case for years before that occurs.

Fwiw, the AG is not staffed sufficiently in its criminal division to handle a high volume of referrals—they have few felony-level prosecutors.
