We’re taught in the West that all people are the same and we want the same things - just to go to work, come home, have a family. But it’s not true. We don’t all want the same thing. People like Hamas aren’t like us. Human beings have the same hardware - but the software can be different - often incompatible. We are not the same as Hamas. We are different civilisations and with it come different thoughts, different feelings, different values, different aspirations, different goals. We are utterly different from Hamas and completely incompatible. They are a people who value murder, rape, suicide, savagery - all in pursuit of Islamic fundamentalist totalitarianism. We are not preparing ourselves to engage successfully with the world if we continue to indulge the fantasist feel good daydream that all people are the same and deep down everyone wants to hold hands across the world. We need to be clear that some people are different, and that unashamedly, our values are both better and worth fighting for.

HOW DARE YOU @GretaThunberg. How DARE you call for ethnically cleansing the Jewish people from our ancestral land?? You know nothing. No history, no reality, no truth. So I have this to say to you.

Israel is not a colonialist state – it’s a refugee state which was literally decolonized from Britain.

The majority of Israeli Jews are people of color, whose families were ethnically cleansed from other parts of the Middle East.

Throughout history, the only indigenous sovereign entities to exist in the land have been Jewish states.

Jews originate from the land, derive our religion and our practices from it and despite centuries of exile and displacement have always kept an unbroken presence there.

And you Greta Thunberg, are chanting “crush Zionism” on the streets of Sweden.

Zionism is the Jewish people exercising our right to self-determination in some parts of our only historic, ancestral and indigenous homeland.

Hamas showed us on October 7 what “crushing Zionism” looks like and you want to cheer that on Greta?

Greta Thunberg, if I can borrow your famous phrase, “how dare you!”

But this is how antisemitism works – Find what is most evil to you, and blame it on the Jews, or today - on the Jewish state.

I can understand that younger generations in western societies feel guilty about the evils of colonialism.

But Israel’s history is not your history, and whatever guilt you feel, supporting the massacre of Jews in their ancestral land will not wash away the sins of your fathers. When your ancestors were colonizing the world, my ancestors were being slaughtered by Cossacks.

We were dreaming – next year in Jerusalem – of building a life raft in our homeland. We fled genocidal violence in Europe. We were ethnically cleansed from Arab countries all over the Middle East. And we built a liberal, democratic Jewish state. That is not a colonial enterprise.

Zionism is not a colonial enterprise – Zionism is the decolonization movement of the Jewish people.
And to anyone who cannot accept our presence or who slanders Israel as something it is not, we are here to say: “how dare you.”

Today, I have a question. A pressing question. For some Western feminists.
How can you remain silent, when women and girls are raped, tortured, their bodies carried around naked and spat on by bearded men shouting Allah Akbar?

Then you can never call yourself a feminist again.

Every day, including today, some Western hypocritical feminists should be ashamed of their silence on the horror that Hamas men inflicted to women and girls on 7 October.

And that includes big names we were once proud of.

Why are their lips sealed and their hearts of stone when it comes to the excruciating pain of Jewish women?

The MeToo movement and so-called intersectional feminists do not care about all women.

If they remain silent, it means they have lied to us about their commitment to women's rights.

Their actions support the oppressor, not the victims.

Also the EU money does.

Indirectly.

Those who say nothing about these women and the hostages, should not be standing here and speaking about human rights.

When you are under attack by terrorists, a cease fire is like raising your hands when you are being shot at.

Perhaps it is worth considering that a real lasting cease fire will start with bringing back all the hostages to their homes and the rapists to justice.

Jews are a huge percent of the world population? FALSE. Jews are 0.2% of the world population, compared with 30% which are Christian, 25% Muslims, and 15% Hindus.

Jews are waging a unilateral war against the Palestinian people? FALSE. Not only was Israel attacked on October 7th by an army of 3,000 terrorists, Israel continued to be attacked from the south, the north, and from the sea. So Iran-backed Houthis from Yemen are throwing rockets at Israel from the South, and Iran-backed Hezbollah from Lebanon are launching rockets at Israel from the north. So not only did Israel not launch the war, start the war, and it’s not unilateral. Israel’s constantly under attack since October 7th.

Israel should agree to a ceasefire immediately? FALSE. No country in the world would be asked to stop protecting itself under attack from all of its borders.

The Jews should just go back to their homeland and all of this would be over? FALSE. As Golda Meir said, our secret weapon is that we have nowhere to go. There are 49 countries in the world with Muslim majority and 22 Arab countries in the region. Israel is the only Jewish state in the world. The Jews are the indigenous people of the land of Israel. The Jews have originated from Judea, and that’s never going to change.
