As per @mmpandit Sir’s recommendations, One of the most beneficial ways to perform Hanuman Chalisa Sadhana is to recite it 21 times in a single sitting.
Maintain the practice daily at the same time and in the same place for 21, 40, or 51 consecutive days. Consistency and devotion are more important than intensity.
