What’s the Last Human Job That Will Disappear?
A McKinsey study recently noted that by 2030, automation could replace up to 30% of today’s jobs.
But one line stood out to me: “Tasks rooted in human judgment and trust will remain the hardest to automate.”
That made me pause.
I’ve always thought creativity would be the last frontier.
But the more I work with AI, the more I realize—it can already imitate art, language, and even empathy.
What it still can’t earn, however, is trust.
AI doesn’t just replace tasks; it replaces certainty.
And yet, what humans uniquely provide isn’t performance—it’s belief.
Every system that scales—business, healthcare, government—depends not on data, but on trust.
That’s why I believe the final human roles won’t be creative or technical ones, but trust-driven ones:
✅ People who design transparency into complex systems.
✅ Mediators who translate machine logic into human meaning.
✅ Ethical anchors who make sure progress doesn’t outrun purpose.
In my opinion, the last job to disappear will belong to those who can earn and sustain trust—because intelligence alone doesn’t guarantee understanding.
So, what do you think?
When every skill can be automated, will trust remain the last true human advantage?

It was an honor and privilege to be able to participate at NYSE closing bell ringing on November 7th. Indeed a great way to end WLDA Summit hosted by NYSE in the Freedom Hall.
We must control our tech before it controls us 😉
📞 When the phone was tied with a wire…
humans were free.
I’ve spent my life building the future of tech—AI, automation, agentic systems.
But this image hit me. Hard.
Because back then:
→ Conversations didn’t compete with screens.
→ Work ended when you left the office.
→ And “offline” wasn’t a mode—it was normal life.
Today, we’ve untied the phone.
But in the process, we’ve wired ourselves—to alerts, to feeds, to endless demands.
It’s a warning: We must lead tech—not be led by it.
And here’s my view on the future:
With Agentic AI, it’s going to get worse.
These systems don’t just support us — they act for us.
They observe, decide, and execute.
They’ll manage your inbox, schedule your life, make purchases, approve actions, even write your messages.
At first, it feels like delegation.
But without intention, it becomes DEPENDENCE.
You won’t just use agents.
You’ll rely on them.
And then?
You’ll adapt to them.
You’ll change your behavior to fit their logic, their workflows, their timing.
Slowly, they shape you.
Not because they’re malicious — but because you didn’t set the boundaries.
So how do we stay free in a world of agents?
