@CoachDanGo Great list. If you're short on equipment or can't be bothered to do 10 differenct exercises I always recommend dips, chins, and squats. Easily accesible yet extremely effective at building your entire body.
@x27prints I think the problem is over optimizing health. Simply sticking to a 1-2 time a week workout routine done intensely will give you the health benefits you’re looking for.
