Yeah, I’m into fitness. Fitness whole salmon in my mouth.
Do you like to eat & sleep? Then get hyperphagic (insatiable hunger) & follow the @KatmaiNPS bear diet.
1: Gorge on raw salmon for one hour.
2: Sleep on a beach for two to three hours.
3: Repeat.
Whenever the media want to talk about Biden’s age, remember that I am more than six years older than that kid, and both of us could run circles around the Orange Guy.
Oh, and Biden’s never been charged with a felony, let alone 91 of them. Just saying.
Concert tickets are hard enough to get, you shouldn’t have to pay surprise service fees on top of that.
My Administration is working to crack down on those junk fees, so you know what you are paying for up front.
Boop!
So taken by how this little one steps in to comfort her crying sister. Watch carefully and you’ll see that she models behaviors that have almost certainly been used to comfort and distract her during times of sadness.
She comes in close to make eye contact. She offers a playful boop on the nose to elicit a laugh. And then closes the deal with a much-needed hug.
In all things, babies learn from the examples set by others. It’s clear that this little one has some outstanding - and emotionally intelligent - role models. I’m betting that big sister is one of them.

In 1948, there was a vintage ad featuring 7-Up and milk.
In Pakistan, there's a drink called doodh soda. Saba Imtiaz, in an excerpt from an Eater article, described her experience with the 7-Up and milk concoction:
"The first sip was, to my surprise, fizzy and refreshing, even soothing. It was lighter than lassi, like a layer of cream had been stripped away and replaced with air, while the smoothness of the milk blunted the cloying sweetness of sugar and the citric clang of lemon-lime. The drink somehow combined the round, smooth simplicity of milk and the sweet crispness of soda. Even though it was delicious, I still thought that my family was strange for mixing milk and 7-Up (and a few nights later, milk and Pepsi). But I soon learned that this bizarre combination wasn't unique to our kitchen. In Pakistan's Punjab province, the combo of milk (doodh) and soda—most commonly, 7-Up or Sprite—is known as doodh soda, and it is synonymous with breaking one's fast during Ramadan and with summer, both times when ultra-quenching drinks are vital for satisfying a day-long thirst. I wound up drinking doodh soda every day for the rest of that Ramadan."
A few Koreans mentioned Milkis, a drink that combines sugar, milk, and carbonated water. It comes in several different flavors: apple, banana, melon, mango, orange, peach, and strawberry. Another popular drink in Korea involves mixing Yakult with 7-Up and soju.
In Japan, there's a drink called Calpis, made from milk, yeast, sugar, and lactic acid bacterium. The name is derived from two different words. "Cal" comes from the word "calcium," and "Pis" comes from the Sanskrit word "salpis," which references the "five flavors" of Buddhism. In the English market, the drink is called Calpico because Calpis sounded too close to "cow piss," even though in Japanese it is pronounced "karupisu."
