@RobinBlythe5 @BioMedCentral I had a paper published with BMC medical informatics and decision making last year. Took 4 months from the first editorial decision to the final publication. I would email again and give them a month or so for a decision otherwise I consider a withdraw.

@actually_alan In my experience, it can take 2 to 10 weeks depending on the journal. This is regardless of the peer review process!

@minimaxir @jeremyphoward May of these issues can be quickly addressed/fixed e.g. updating the documentation, increasing the ability to debug the code to some degrees. Also,it’s a Python wrapper that might not be suitable for all projects but it’s convenient for many developers I guess.
