@AmazonHelp All @amazonIN customers, beware of your orders. Amazon people cancel our orders every now and then and then refund money deducting market place fee which they have charged to us. So unless untill we dont call them and ask them, they dont refund our money.

[Amish Bhimani @amish_b]

@amazonIN has become the most third class market place. Once customer places the order , the product reaches final destination centre and is out for delivery but doesnt gets delivered , then they say they will refund the money after 10 days, and asks us to place order again and

[Amish Bhimani @amish_b]

@AmazonHelp See you also said the same thing, place the order again . How many times do I have to place the order for same thing ?? Can you please tell me ?

[Amish Bhimani @amish_b]

I have never said that once order is returned amazon places order again. I have said that your customer executive tells us you can place order again . I hope you understood what I am saying. Or is it the way to divert the topic from actual issue ??

[Amish Bhimani @amish_b]

Same process is repeated again, product reached delivery centre , out for delivery and then again product doesn’t get delivered. This has happened to me 3rd time in last 20 days. It looks like a standard process to use customer money INTEREST FREE

[Amish Bhimani @amish_b]

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @consaff @jagograhakjago Dear @AmazonHelp team, i have already raised the query after checking with my neighbours , security guard everyone. And your system says delivered to resident, so should i check with neighbors and security guard ??? you people are just fooling the customers.

[Amish Bhimani @amish_b]

Looks like @amazonIN Prime Sale is becoming just a bluff. They show you the lowest price of the product, so you order it. Once ordered then product doesn’t gets delivered only. Out of 3 products i ordered 2 which were out for delivery since yesterday has not yet been delivered
