Women be fighting everyday for equal pay at workplace, managing home and work, finding a husband who won't take dowry, wearing clothes in which they won't get raped or online hate and still some people have the audacity to say that women and men are equally privileged species.

The fact when people think a woman's opinion is product of her family's or husband's idiology whereas a man's opinion is only his, shows how we are confined to the walls of patriarchy. It's high time & we all should start seeing woman as an individual who can have her own ideas.
Everyday in India is a new low by our own standards. A day like today when Muslims and dalits are shown their true place, we must live like second class citizens, we must not seek justice, we must not dare to raise our voice. Anxious, edgy, angry, restless, exhausted.
I'm not saying that stop being kind. I'm just saying stop generalising. Start educating yourself and aware people around you. Or the people will continue pretending that they are woke and will keep comparing their problems to depression. Give me your opinions. Thankyou.
I'm sorry that I'm going to brutal about this but it's high time and people need to stop words like depression each time when the sadness strikes. It's high time to know the difference between depression and sadness. The generalisation needs to be stopped.
And, after this, just one more thing, mental health doesn't end here only. There are anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobic disorders and eating disorder. And, about schizophrenia and somatoform disorders, leave that no?
