Bihar smart meter is really blood sucking. Negligence of electricity officers, so many unknown charges, and bulk bill burdening farmers. We paid the bill each month before smart meter, still they laden a heavy previous bill. @bihargov @SmartMeterIN @yadavtejashwi @SmartMeterRPM

@yadavtejashwi Good initiative. We must work on a pre-calculative long term plan like this to improves the lives in Bihar,though there is still a lot to work. And I please tighten officers, so they work attentively. Intiative like this goes in vain when officers don't work attentively.

@AamAadmiParty I request you to fight election in Bihar as well. There might be a good number of people here who think that development is the only thing that Gov. should focus. Corruption, castism, other useless things that leaders take benefit of to fool people have kept Bihar far behind.
