For these order I always call on the courier boy's number. But he never receive calls. Screenshot attached FYR. Last time that person received my call was on 22nd March.
I even fetched the courier company's number here at Vapi and even complained to him as well. (2/2)

After it's updated version,it's not working as it used to work before.
Many time orders get cancelled or payment is deducted but by the end of the day order gets cancelled and refunded is initiated

Roads are in pathetic condition with approx 1ft deep potholes every 30-40 mtrs.
