बिहार: छपरा इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज (Chhapra Engineering College) के गर्ल्स हॉस्टल से बेहद गंभीर और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़े करने वाला मामला सामने आया है।

छात्राओं का आरोप है कि शाम 7 बजे हॉस्टल के दरवाजे बंद हो जाने के बाद, प्रिंसिपल का ड्राइवर सुरक्षा नियमों को ताक पर रखकर जबरन हॉस्टल परिसर में प्रवेश करता है। जब छात्राओं ने अपनी सुरक्षा को लेकर और इस अवांछित प्रवेश का विरोध किया, तो उन्हें झूठे मामलों और मुकदमों में फंसाने की धमकियाँ दी जाने लगीं।

छात्रा की अनुपस्थिति में और बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के उसके कमरे का ताला तोड़ना, सामान बाहर फेंकना और जबरन दूसरे छात्रों को शिफ्ट कर देना प्रशासनिक तानाशाही को दर्शाता है।

उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों में सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजामों का दावा किया जाता है, लेकिन हॉस्टल के भीतर इस प्रकार की घुसपैठ और धमकी भरे माहौल ने छात्राओं की सुरक्षा पर गंभीर प्रश्नचिह्न लगा दिया है।

संस्थागत पदों की आड़ में इस प्रकार के दुर्व्यवहार और धमकियों के आरोपों ने प्रशासनिक जवाबदेही पर सवाल उठाए हैं। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए निष्पक्ष जांच और दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग उठ रही है।
