Eastern Air Command Commanders' Conference was held at Headquarters Eastern Air Command, Shillong from 06 to 07 Sep 2024. The conference was attended by the CAS Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari. He was received by Air Marshal SP Dharkar, AOC-in-C, EAC.

The CAS reviewed the operational preparedness of the Command and commended all personnel for achievements that had enabled highest level of Operational readiness, as well as response towards HADR and aid to civil administration.

The CAS emphasized on importance of EAC in maintaining high operational preparedness and ensuring readiness of all platforms and weapon systems. He awarded the trophies to Stations for achieving excellence in the fields of Operations, Maintenance & Administration.
