3 reasons to not fly Etihad:
1. System with glitches. Doesn't let you check in
2. Poor customer service at counter. Lady tells me, i must have entered wrong info at check in
3. Didn't get to choose seats even when I reached 4 hours early. #worstairline@EtihadHelp@etihad

After I complained on @McDonalds@mcdonaldsindia app that fries were spilled in the order, I get the cheeky reply "It's OK sir. You ordered regular fries. They get spilled as we can't close the flap".
So... please don't order fries from McDonald's...rather don't order at all.
