I have been trying to call the CVL KRA call center due to the OTP validation issue in my KYC validation. No one picks up the call and ivr asks me to call back. What kind of support is this @CdslIndia

After my unpleasant experience with @EtihadHelp @etihad, I decided to never fly it again. But my perception changed
Thx to Ismail Ancon for making me believe that Etihad can offer a great customer experience too. U need more ppl like him who are committed to customer excellence
