Last night, during the ongoing elections for the @FCCNewDelhi President of the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of South Asia, senior journalist and presidential candidate @moviegupta Munish Gupta was brutally attacked by self-proclaimed journalist and so called advocate Pankaj Yadav and his accomplices. The assault was life-threatening in nature. Delhi Police @DelhiPolice responded swiftly and took prompt action. We expect the police @CPDelhi to conduct a thorough investigation and take strict and just action in this matter.
