Thanks for quoting our paper @ebtapper . IV iron builds Hemoglobin faster with better QOL. Whether this is due to dysregulated Fe transporter in duodenl mucosa due to PHTN is the next step we aim. Keep 👁 on phosphate though. 50% patients had hypophosphatemia . #livertwitter
