But it is worth mentioning that their customer care also behave like bots. I too got into same situation as your's. At the end they cancelled my order.

@RidhimaSparsh My order was expected to be delivered by 16 Aug. Since then they are rescheduling this daily and after 12 days I asked them to cancel my order. They are not even cancelling my order now 🤣🤣🤣

It’s been 11 days since my ₹20K prepaid order reached the nearest hub, yet @Flipkart can’t deliver due to “logistics issues” and won’t let me cancel either. I’m completely stuck. Worst ecom experience I ever had.
